El Sistema Oklahoma makes its debut, October 11th, 2013. Inspired by El Sistema in Venezuela, the Oklahoma initiative is an after-school music education program of St. Luke's UMC in partnership with Oklahoma City University's Bass School of Music and the Foundation for OKC Public Schools.
